62. A teaching permit may also be issued to a person who, before 1 September 2003, was enrolled in a teacher training program in vocational training listed in Schedule VI and successfully completed the training before 1 September 2008, and
(1)  meets the requirements referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of section 58; and
(2)  has taught 800 hours in an educational institution referred to in section 17.
